Our downtime has been mostly non-existent since we have been a client of American Frontier. Responsiveness is outstanding. In the event (rare) that we have had any type of issue it is resolved quickly and most of the time remotely. Also, when we needed new IT equipment, they made recommendations on what we should go with.
